Open Positions

Paralegal / Administrative Assistant

Why our team members chose Gause Law Offices:

“I chose Gause Law Offices because I wanted to be a part of a group of individuals who fight for justice and change within our criminal justice system.”

“I applied to work with Gause Law Offices because I saw it was an inclusive environment that lifts up those in the criminal justice system by hiring those people – like me.”

“I was impressed when I saw the advertisement for a paralegal because you encouraged people with criminal records to apply. This meant that you were not only an advocate in court, but you truly believed in supporting those with criminal records. I was especially drawn to the fact that you have never been a prosecutor. That level of dedication meant something. I also loved your website and the mentions of you in the media made me want to work for you.”

“I was drawn to Gause Law Offices because of the clear true-believed attitude. I looked at the website and saw “I have never been a prosecutor, and I never will be” and was like “I WANT THAT!” I had not seen a firm that so clearly loved their clients and led with compassion.”

“I chose Gause Law Offices after seeing how the attorneys value the support staff. I was previously in a firm that was very hierarchical and treated support staff like garbage. At GLO, everyone on the team was involved in the hiring process and that really impressed me. It was clear that the paralegals’ opinions really mattered.”

“I was SO INVESTED in Gause Law Offices after the first interview. It went from excitement to full-blown obsession. After meeting the team, I so wanted to be a part of this amazing and passionate group of women.”

“What attracted me the most to Gause Law Offices is how client-focused this firm is. It was clear from the website how compassionate the attorneys are and how they work with clients to devise a plan for their defense. The client reviews were excellent. This was an important factor for me.”

“I was drawn to Gause Law Offices because of the emphasis on aggressive, experienced defense. I really liked that GLO was clear that it has always been on the defense side and the words ‘aggressive’ and ‘fierce’ really spoke to me. I also loved that this firm is woman-led. I was really attracted to being a part of a team of bad-ass women.”

“I applied to work for GLO because it was clear that criminal defense is not only Emily’s passion, but her entire team as well. I wanted to work for a firm that did criminal defense because they LOVED the work, not to just pay the bills. GLO’s dedication to and specialization in juvenile defense presents the unique opportunity to represent juvenile defendants but also adult clients who were disenfranchised from their youth.”
